  Angus has extensive knowledge of the Stocklands Balgowlah complex and surrounding areas.
  His active networking within the community is proven by his large database of prospective buyers, our reason for choosing Angus for our recent auction campaign.
  Communication was excellent. Regular check-ins by phone and weekly detailed inspection reports via email.
  I observed Angus' interaction with bidders at our on-site auction and it was obvious that he had taken the time to build a real rapport with each of them.
  I feel this is what makes Angus stand out from the rest. Taking the time to build relationships, always respectful of people's circumstances whilst delivering a professional service.

  It is only a week into the lease, but we found a couple of minor issues with the house. The oven wouldn't stay lit, a couple of powerpoints didn't work and the washing line needed replacing. The first two had relevant skilled tradesmen on the property within 24 hours of us notifying and the latter was replaced after a few days (and we were notified it wouldn't be fixed immediately before signing the lease so we were well aware). We have found Stan and Juliana to be professional, friendly and accommodating where they can be. It has been a pleasure so far
